Annie and James offer a wonderful mix of modern ballroom, Latin and sequence dancing.

James, an experienced local DJ, will be playing a variety of carefully chosen dance music to get your feet moving.

All are welcome, but no formal teaching is offered, so it helps if you know a few steps already.

Why? Because dancing is good for us. It keeps us mobile, sociable and laughing!
